TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRICES Shop Prices are intended for legitimate business (those holding valid licenses) and involved in the repair or resale of motor vehicles. List Prices are for our retail customers and businesses not involved in the repair of resale of motor vehicles. List prices may also be used in the preparation of customer repair estimates. All prices are subject to change without notice. PAYMENT TERMS All sales are payable upon receipt of merchandise (cash or check) unless an Open (charge) Account has been established by prior arrangement. A $15.00 service charge will be applied to each returned check. DELIVERY Delivery to most North Bay locations. Delivery to other locations will be charged freight. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for parts received damaged or improperly supplied by us. Parts must be returned within 30 days of deliver in saleable condition in their original shipping container. All other returns and exchanges are subject to a 15% or more return charge or may not be accepted. OUR REPLACEMENT PARTS ARE MANUFACTURED BY FIRMS OTHER THAN THE ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER. ALL PARTS ARE BACKED BY OUR LIMITED WARRANTY.
